I tried but nothing, it continues to give me a black screen, it tries to turn on with the backlighting .. but then it turns off, but the PC is on. The HP logo never appears

This is the original bios from hp (of course it has a clean ME area) if it doesn't work for you it means there is a hardware error that hasn't been fixed yet.
