Tecra S11-168: Can't find BIOS chip

Based on this post I was hoping to find an Atmel somewhere on the board. I've examined the board in detail, but I see no Atmel chips at all.
Can someone please confirm which BIOS I have, or where to find it?

It could be a cFeon Q64-104HIP or winbond W25Q64FV

Flash chips in VSCC table:
1F4800 (Atmel AT25DF641)
1C3017 (EON EN25Q64)
EF4017 (Winbond W25Q64)

That's probably the one. On a weird location on the bottom of the board I found a Winbond W25Q64FV (see picture).
We're getting somewhere :-)
