hello, unfortunately I don't know the model of this notebook because the license plate is missing, when I insert the power connector the power and wifi LED lights up and it doesn't respond to the commands, I tried to program several bios files but it doesn't work, I measured on the U18 pins (chip bios), and the voltages are very low around 1volt instead of 3.2v removing the chip are normal, in this regard I wanted to ask a question: the bios chip is a gigadevice GD25B64BSIG if I put a W25Q64BSIG winbond are the same?

Re: toshiba sat dablidmb8e0 rev e : no start
it does not work .... I begin to think that in addition to the bios there is another problem, as I said in another section about this case and that is that on the pins 1-2-7-8 of the bios chip I measure 0 , 7v instead of 3,2v while when it is off I measure 0v, if I turn on again I measure 3,2v but the pc does not turn on, the voltage of 0,7v I discovered that it comes from PQ10 from pin4
