Hello friends i have same board (grundig GNB 1560 , A25 rev 2.1 Motherboard) with updated bios from 206 to 209,when on 206 bios version there were 2 problems , the 1 st. Problem was it was hanging on while bios save and exit menu after you press yes,and then the systems reboot after like 30 - 45 seconds. The second problem was when you click shut down computer on windows 7 , the screen goes black (seems as normal shut down) but never shut down and stays like that until you keep press power switch about 4 or 5 second, (until you keep press power switch the system remains working until you remove power and it consumes about and constant current like about 0.61 - 0.63A and remains until forever without battery installed and never comes to 0.02A (shut down and ready to power on stage) practically the systems sows not shuts down sand stays like that) also on windows 7 when you click restart instead of shut down it restarts but a few late or sometimes it's shut down instead of restart (goes 0.02 A stages ) also there is no any problems computer works normal and no errors or blue screens while using laptop, and the third problem was when installed windows 10 (fresh formatted) on-board intel hd graphics makes screen black when installed intel hd drivers and never comes again until you open windows 10 on safe mode and remove intel hd driver

Finally after I find and bios version 209 on an site and updated it from 206, my third problem solved (intel hd drivers works without any problems on windows 10) , but other issues are not solved (bios hangs, and not shut down problem) does it related about bios or an hardware issue?? If somebody have can please share me schematic diagram of A25 rev 2.1 board

Or any one have any idea why the system is not shut down ?? And advise an solution for it ??
