Hello everyone, I'm asking for help from anyone who can help me. My problem is the following:
I have an RT809HSE programmer and several Nuvoton NPCE288 chips, along with the adapter board to read them. However, after many attempts, I can't get the programmer to even detect the chips so I can read or program them.
I want to point out that the programmer does work because I can read and reprogram other BIOS chips, but these aren't possible. I have three NPCE288 chips, one of which was purchased new for reprogramming, and the others were extracted from motherboards that are working properly.
I have soldered them well on the adapter plate since I have checked them with the microscope and with a multimeter and I have no shorts between pins and I have correct continuity in all the pins, but there is no way, the program does not detect the chip when reading it, that is, it does not identify it even the new one purchased, the only thing where I have a doubt is that I have seen in some photos on the internet that some of those plates have 2 10K resistors placed, my plate came without resistors but I have put 2 of 10K which is what is marked on the plate itself and since I have seen that in the photos on the internet it has them, I have soldered them, does anyone know if you have to put them or not? because there is not much more doubt than that since in some video that I have seen the reading of the chip offline on that plate is not in doubt, it is to choose the NPCE288, hit read and that's it, it lets you erase and flash, but no matter how much I have tried, I have not achieved it, I leave you screenshots of the plate to see if someone can help me.

before you start the procedure read the bios eeprom and save it you might need it at the end

1do not power on your svod yet
2plug you ribbon 30x0.5 to the left of the keyboard connector
3test pin with testeur if it beep go to next stage
4 open svod software select 1.8v
          5 now plug your svod
          6 select nuvoton
7 plug charger on the board/laptop
          8 press read id
          9 select 256k
          10 read nuvoton
11 save reading, now unplug the svod
12 open HxD software and open your 256k file the one you just saved

First post -Intel NUC 10i5 -BXNUC10i5FNH not powering on -IC burnt- request for IC details/datasheet
          by electomech-fixer
          Hi all,
I came across this very active forum with knowledgeable folks on electronic circuits and components, while google searching for the details of my burnt IC marked 7603 in Intel NUC board. I joined this forum today and this is my first post here.
I recently got an Intel NUC 10i5 and had installed Linux Mint and was using it for about a month when it died suddenly and did not power up after that.(Power Adaptor is ok). When I opened the NUC , there was a burnt IC marked 7603 (and ILCB in second line). I am unable to find the details/datasheet of this IC. I will be grateful if...

Help finding datasheet for component marked G34662
          by SoulFreeze
Hi, pulled this component, (I'm assuming it's a MosFET) from an LED COB video light. Im trying to find the datasheet so I can find an equivalent replacement but no luck. Any assistance with the datasheet would be appreciated.

Failing that, a way to pick a suitable replacement component? If it's indeed a switching fet, I'm assuming I might need to measure the switching clock frequency and find a component that meets the power capacity?

Its a pair of them driving a 130w Light. Takes in 19volts. I can borrow a scope to measure the switching freq....

Searching Datasheet for AM113 IC by O2MICRO
          by Rainbow_Chameleon
I got a dead HD6950 on Ebay to try my luck and repair it. There were a few broken off capacitors that I already replaced.
Measuring the PCI-E lanes I got somewhat weird measurements, the gpu might or might not be dead.

If I plug the GPU in, the core heats up and I also get VCore but on two inductors that measure 16 and 60 Ohms respectively (Memory and PEX I guess) there is no voltage.
On one of the two buck-controllers (APW7165) the enable pin is pulled to GND and the other controller I just cannot find a datasheet for.

So if anyone has a datasheet or at least...
