hi have problem with bios, bad flashed by client-user, i have tl866 plus for flash bios, i have programed with but no worked for me, only flashed bios!
i thinks could be "ec", but i don't know what is the chip

sorry but i havent bck of bios, I don't know the procedure well....
I download bios "dump" file 8mb and programator tl866 plus flashed bios chip, but no work, I watch file ec.bin but i dont understand..what do i do with that file..sorry for ignorance..Comment

The EC chip is a Nuvoton NPCE388NB0DX ,its programmable with the 128KB EC.bin .It is flashed through the keyboard connector,you need a special programmer, Vertyanov Jig , SVOD3 . You can find lots of youtube videos for both programmers usage.Last edited by SMDFlea; 05-24-2020, 03:10 AM.Comment

so..at post # 7 you also have a link, click on it, go to post # 1 and use the main and EC bios there..the main bios is 8mb and use the TL 866 programmer for reading and writing ... remove the chip bios on the motherboard, put it in the adapter, and the adapter in the programmer, rewrite it with the bios from post # 1 .... 8mb. find tutorials on the internet how to use it..this video is just a example on how to use the programmer..you can see others, you just have to write the 8mb bios on your chip and stick the chip back on the board .success

Need Clean BIOS/EC Bin File for Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e - Stuck with 0275 Error CMS
Hello everyone,
I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.
This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

Hi dear Badcaps-Community,
Somehow an auto update, which I triggered before I left my laptop unattended, bricked my BIOS.
I was able to extract the 2MB BIOS and 16MB BIOS which I will attend. (CH341B black with NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.10)

I got a Lenovo ThinkStation P520 (Type 30BF) from a friend, asking me for a repair. Windows 11 offered a firmware upgrade as an optional update, and it failed.
The emergency flash procedure from the hardware manual has also failed. So, I asked an acquaintance with better skills to flash the BIOS directly.
However, the chip (a Macronix MX25L25673GMI-08G) has a size of 32 MB, and the BIOS file from the Lenovo website (extracted with UEFITool) has a little more than 16 MB. Thus, the software my acquaintance used (SiberiaProg v1.45, with a CH341A Programmer)... -
I'm trying to extract a flashable bios file(ch341a) from the lenovo bios executable download. I have tried the instructions from this site https://starkeblog.com/lenovo/uefi/2...pdate-exe.html, which are not working. According to those instructions, after issuing the commandit should create an \app folder, inside which, I should find a newly created "7wcn38ww.exe" file. I should then be able to extract that using 7zip and find my .FD file.Code:
