    Lenovo 320S-13IKB

    Hello,

    I need help. anyone have working bios for this laptop ?

    Lenovo 320S-13IKB ( 81AK )
    Code Board : 1701A_05_01 REV MP V14

    i don't have backup & i can't find any driver from lenovo site for this type

          tried your bios, led on but laptop won't start. i think my problem not only bios, cause i found some part corrosive. Thanks for bios sir

                          Is it a problem other than BIOS? LENOVO ideapad 320S-13IKB

                          I own the following models

                          LENOVO ideapad 320S-13IKB
                          CPU:Core i5-8250U
                          MODEL:81AK
                          BIOS TIP: winbond 25Q64JVSIQ 1833

                          The power comes on, but the screen is not displayed and remains black.
                          The backlight on the keyboard and the power light kept coming on and off.
                          The CPU fan was not running.

                          I thought there was something wrong with the BIOS program.

                          I tried flashing the BIN file (WinKabylake.bin) created from the official BIOS updater EXE I got here.
                          Then, when I turned on the power, the CPU fan started to rotate, and the keyboard backlight and power light came on constantly.
                          However, the screen is still completely black.
                          I also tried outputting the monitor with an HDMI cable, but nothing shows up.

                          In this case, is it not the BIOS but the motherboard itself that is defective?
                          I've attached the original BIOS backup (original.bin).

                          I'm very confused. Can someone please help me?

                                  Recently I used the official Lenovo bios updater software on my ThinkBook 13s G3 ACN (20YA0005GE). The updating process failed and I got a black screen after powering the device. Of course I did not make an own backup before using the Lenovo bios updater.

                                  I bought a CH341A programmer and was able to make a connection to the chip while it is still soldered on board. But I did not realise that the chip was a 16MB size and selected the wrong size (8Mbit / 1 MByte) before reading the content of my chip. So the dump I did before erasing the chip is only 1MByte big. I fear that I lost...

                                  I have a Lenovo Thinkbook 15 G2 ITL i5 Laptop (serial number: MP2BFZEF) that when I turn it on, the led on the power button lights up for 5 seconds, then goes out. There's no display and nothing happens.
                                  So I thought it was a Bios problem.
                                  I found 3 bios chips on the board, which I read with a bios programmer: two XMC model bios chips and a Winbond model bios chip. Each XMC model bios chip has two partitions named XM25QH128A [3.3V] and XT25F128A [3.3V]. And the Winbond model bios chip has three partitions named W25Q80BL 3.3V, W25Q80xV 3.3V and W25Q80DV 3.3V....

                                  My Lenovo Legion Y540 (i7-9750H, RTX 2060) bricked after I downgraded from BHCN44WW to BHCN21WW.
                                  Laptop stopped booting entirely.

                                  I used a CH341A programmer to dump the corrupted 16MB BIOS.
                                  i then attempted the following:
                                  1. Downloaded stock BIOS BHCN39WW from Lenovo
                                  2. Trimmed it to 16MB
                                  3. Extracted the BIOS region from the corrupted dump
                                  4. Extracted the BIOS region from the stock 39WW
                                  5. Replaced the corrupted BIOS region with the stock one (within hxd , opened the corrupted dump and replaced its region by the stock)
                                  6. Injected back my LDGB / DMI

                                  I am working on a Lenovo Legion T5-26AMR5 desktop that currently has a corrupt BIOS and I have been unsuccessful thus far in trying to fix it myself.

                                  History:

                                  1. This computer came to me initially with an error message that said "BiInitializeLibrary failed 0xc0000001" or "0135 fan error". It would always be one of the two errors. It should be noted that when it produced the fan error, there was no physical problem with the fans. They were all spinning just fine.

                                  I searched for this error online and discovered...

                                  Hello everyone,

                                  I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.

                                  This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

                                  I have opened the laptop and identified the main BIOS chip...
