Hello brother, I have tried your file but the laptop will come on and no display , I even left it on for 10 mins but still no display and the processor is getting hot. Before I asked I had tried the auto patcher and it did the same I think it does not work on this model

send us a clear picture of the board, a broad view of the whole EC chip and it's surrounding resistors, hopefully someone can help you locate that resistor

Hello, i have problem with removing bios password from Lenovo P52. I've tried lenovo autopatcher method but after injecting patch just black screen and cpu getting hotter. Can u help me ? Original and patched dumps in attachmetns. Thanks

it can be done with autopatcher and replacing EfiSystem volume with one extracted from bios update. I did few in this way, the problem I encountered was bios chipset, if it is MX25L256 replace with W25Q256 - I don't know why MX chipsets does not work with patched file. So, when I see there is an MX chipset I jut read it and I use a winbond chipset for patched file and and after unlocking I put back MX chipset untouched.
