    Lenovo 13 Gen2 - SVP Removal Request

    Hello to all,

    Please can someone remove SVP from this Lenovo 13 Gen2 or advise me what to do, I have CH314a and IC CLIP.

                  Thank you.

                  I have unzipped and programmed it and verified ok.

                  It then displayed DXE Driver and Hardware ID, I pressed Enter, it said to press space, then press space again. it then said TPM changed and turnoff, i turned laptop off and then after reboot it displayed Time?date error and a CRC bad security checksum, pressed to enter bios and its hung on "Entering Setup . . . ."

                  Am i meant to flash the original bios back as I have not done that yet ?

                          Long story short. i am building a fully custom car radio. and want to use a extremely bright LCD.

                          sadly the DGPU seems to be nonfunctional after i fixed the bios (fried voltage controller). so the Original HDMI port does not work.

                          you can use a EDP TO HDMI adapter to add a HDMI port as replacement to the onboard EDP LCD connector,

                          HOWEVER it turns out. lenovo enforces a LCD whitelist.

                          this means you cannot upgrade the LCD despite matching EDP specs and voltages.

                          If i connect a new screen directly to the system. only static shows....

                          Hey there,

                          first time posting here. I have been lurking a bit trying to find a solution but with little to no avail.

                          So I have a Lenovo ThinkPad P15 Gen2. When I got it (for free) it was turning on but not charging because the battery was unplugged. When I plug the battery in, the Laptop won't boot at all.

                          Specs:
                          • Type: Lenovo ThinkPad P15 Gen2 20YQ-001KGE
                          • CPU, GPU, RAM work fine (not involved in the Problem)

                          So the first thought was to toss the battery and get a new one, as clearly the BMS is throwing errors or something.
