sir i have U938 with bios lock, ive tried with FsUnlocker but didnt working, my code = 203c-d001-c27c-63cc-bd2f-a5cc.

anyone can help? or solution?

Do you have a bios backup. Do you have the short tosh/dynabook part number, for example PSKTNE

thx for reply, it´s an Fujitsu Lifebook U938. My BIOS crashed by Updateprogress. The BIOS in this Thread U938_Lock works, but i dont can use Bios-Settings and my Notebook works 1 minute before booting and many lights are blinking.

Post the short toshiba/Dynabook part number as i asked you for.

If you made a backup of the corrupt bios before flashing the bios in this thread then post it here as an attachment. Post in in a zip or rar

Is it possible to convert original Fujitsu Bios.bup file to bin file ?

Yes but its just an update,not the full bios.

Try this one, 1.27 extracted update merged, DMI + clean ME .
