(problem with this dump is with intel graphics, it hung when intel driver is loaded)

That's not likely to be a bios issue .

Probably is not a bios issue, but it is something to test before changing cpu.

It works ok in fail safe mode, also it works in normal mode without graphics driver active.

The behavior is like a nec-tokin capacitor issue. (it boots well, but when it asks for windows password, goes black and freezes) (no BSOD)

It is the same whit win-7 or win-10, when it freezes, drains about 1500 mA.

In bios setup I have tested with core multiprocesing disabled, dynamic cpu frequency "always low" and intel turbo boost disabled.

Memory ram ddr3L tested in both slots.

@Francisco.s, I faced this very same situation on HP 450 6050A2493101 MB where it works perfectly in safe mode,works well without intel hd driver in normal mode but screen goes blank at login screen when proper intel display driver installed. Unfortunately i could'nt fix it and was not able to find the reason behind such behaviour. Replacing the PCH also didnt helped either. As per some russian site, it has something to do DDR3 ram power but i could'nt locate it. Keep us posted if you are able to solve it.

Probably is not a bios issue, but it is something to test before changing cpu.

I have tested a new cpu and problem is solved.

when i try combine my backup and your build ( only change me region from your)

The password is stored in the SMSC MEC chip,not the bios. The only way to remove it is by challenge-response code,or by changing the MEC chip from a donor board that has no password.

the unit is auto on when 19v go there
all PL may get their voltage
amperage 450mA board only with 2 rams
processor get warm
