vostro 3400 bios

- use external keyboard (usb keyboard) and press ALT+F
- then chosse your model laptop
- finally go to bios and write SERVICE TAG

I tryed 1st and 3rd option, but not exist the option to change/select model of laptop. How change this? I enter this BIOS pressing F2 and changed Service Tag and ok, but not have how to change the model of Laptop. :/

I Changed the motherboard on my Vostro 3400 (LA-K304p),
New Motherboard Came without Serial Number, and it's prompt to insert serial so i put old motherboard Serial from bios.
It's working alright, Windows booting, charging ok.
But indicator light blinking continuously (2 Amber 8 White) And caps Light turned on permanently,
Will i have to reprogram the bios ?

Thanks for the reply, But LCD works fine, It's booting up, Drivers installed ok, Runing at Full HD resolution.
