laptop starts fan with max speed, no image on the screen, I checked few bioses which I found on forum without good result. Original bios in attachments.

Hello. my name is Ovidiu, from Romania, i have a BIOS with problems (i think it is): no image on screen, caps lock + num lock blinks 5 times at power on, then fan at max.
i5-6200u, UMA (intel) video.

No, not working,is no difference.
Starts without image, caps lock + num lock blinks 5 times, after that the cooler start spinning fast (maximum speed).
