The last line in the bios update,in hex for the cf-mx3 doesn`t match with your backup.Its either a corrupt backup again or it is split across 2 chips.Comment

Finally i can wrote data to the eeprom IC,no more bios password but hardisk access is prohibited by Hard disk lock
Is possible to unlock hardisk?
