in advance thanks everybody who take some time and give me some useful info

so... Im interesting on which way is possible to unlock above mentioned laptop?

After 3 times wrong pass I only get serial number of my laptop and spare key recovery option. I have tried remove battery for more than 30min, generate key on bios-pw.org based on my serial but nothing useful happened. I was read something about the key is inside eeprom and not cmos so if we want to remove pass, we need to replace chip with the new one or in some cases reprogram chip but this process also require soldering and intervention on the motherboard. So I would be very thankful if somebody can tell me for some other way how I would be in able to do that.

here you can see exactly the same what and I can

after 3 times wrong pass I get the screen like on 3rd pic. and then when I choose sparekey option I get the screen like on 4th pic and after 3 times click on sparekey option I get only option click on OK to turn off laptop.

So I guess some kind of software solution have to be here but I dont know which one
