Se grabo la bios y sigue muerta.... no carga no enciende... los voltajes llegan bien... supuestamente el dueño estaba actualizando la bios y se le apago..
Lo raro es que con el .bin que me pasastes no lo pude grabar sobre el bios original ya que daba error... pero en un bios nuevo si lo pude grabar se probo sin resultados... el original se pudo hacer backup pero no se pudo grabar nuevamente....

I wanted to clear the BIOS password that my son had added to his laptop (and had forgotten). After reading about clearing the Lenovo laptop BIOS passwords, it seemed that I should be able to dump the existing BIOS and then simply re-flash my BIOS dump back to the chip. I read that this process should erase the password as it is stored in a separate area of the BIOS chip that would be erased when flashing the existing image back to the chip.

I was able to dump the chip successfully several times using a raspberry pi 3 and Flashrom. I verified that all of the dumps were identical before proceeding. I re-flashed the chip with the same image and tried to boot the laptop. Upon turning on the laptop the white power LED at the top-right of the keyboard lights up white, but I have a black screen with no backlight, CPU fan will not turn on, & the CPU gets very warm. Power is provided to USB ports. After a minute or two the laptop turns off. Pressing the caps lock key does not toggle the caps lock light. There are no BIOS POST beeps.

Thinking that the original BIOS may have become corrupted I extracted the WinKabylake_m.fd flash file from the Lenovo BIOS update using Innoextract & InsydeImageExtractor. I copied my Windows Key and DMI info from my original BIOS image and inserted them into the extracted BIOS update image using HxD. After flashing this image back to the chip I get exactly the same result.

I have attached my original BIOS dump, the untouched BIOS update installer, and my altered BIOS update image file

Could someone please have a look at my BIOS files and see if there are any obvious problems that might be preventing the laptop from booting.

Did you remove the bios chip from the main board ? If so, double check that you didn't accidentally blow away small components around the bios chip.
