hi I have this bios of the dell 7390which has the problem that it does not give video only the keyboard light turns on and there is a consumption of 0.534mAmp and it does not get to graph

The fan starts and the computer
draws 560mA for 3 seconds then the
fan stops and it draws 33 mA
No video dont bot
