Yes, sorry, there was the functionality to attach via external URL which misled me.
    Thanks for the edit.

Your BIOS is UC5 I did an ME clean of your BIOS you can program it and only that.
You also can't program an 8MB BIOS on a 16.8MB chip, that's not possible.
To upload something create a RAR or ZIP file then it works too.
Thanks for your time, but it's not working.
However, before the white and orange LEDs flashed, now the LED turns off and the keyboard remains active with caps lock.
    However, something has changed.
I tried removing the ram and it should correctly report a problem on the ram with white and orange flashing, so it detects the missing ram.
I also tried changing the CMOS battery. Tried turning it on without any battery and did several tests.
The Dell stops with the caps lock blocked.

I did some research and figured out which bios chip. So I performed the dump and very hopefully I wanted to write a bios test that you have already released in this thread.
But with desolation I see that they are all around 8Mb, while mine is 16Mb. So it doesn't seem very convenient to me to delete the 16Mb bios to write an 8Mb bios over it.
I read that: "EC/ME FW on 8Mb and Bios Region on 16Mb". So I'm wondering what should I do.
    Thank you

Since I find it inconvenient for the forum to upload a 16mb file, it also seems like I don't have permission to upload a .bin file, maybe I should zip it?
    I uploaded it online anyway

    Hello everyone.
    Dell Latitude 7390 I5-8TH
    LA-F312P Rev: 2.0 (A01)

LEDs flash at startup, no screen.
I probably (if this is possible) damaged the bios chip because I forgot to remove the batteries.

In fact the chip is not automatically detected and even by putting a similar bios I cannot do the dump with Ch341A. (only 0).

I suspect that the Chip is burnt, I would like to buy a blank one on ebay, but I don't know which one to get for these two reasons:

    1. chip model not perfectly readable (doesn't even seem to be winbond)

    2. There are two chips with 8 pins (as visible in the photo)

That the real bios is on the opposite side from where the ram is?

    Thanks for giving me help.

image 1: I think it's the bios chip (it's the one attached to the post)
image 2 the other chip with 8 pins.
