Help on Removing Password on Dell Alienware

I Have a Dell alienware M14x r2
I have followed instructions in this forum and already have Password from the dell generator.

Just want to ask how to use these??? Or where to put it to remove setup password on my laptop? Thanks for any help.

The problem with Dell models using 16-hex System Disabled algorithm is if you don't do it right it won't clear the password, upon reboot it will ask for the password again. Some models require you to type the password followed by (CTRL-ENTER) twice instead of just ENTER, if this does not work, then just type the password + ENTER.
So just type the password every time you are asked for a BIOS or SYSTEM password, prevent from getting "incorrect password" more than 2 times, otherwise the System Disabled 16-hex code will change on the third incorrect password and you will need to generate another password for the new code again.

I get the following code on my system when attempting to unlock setup in BIOS:

System Disable:
598CE4F9269E47CD

Service Tag:
3MBYLX1

If anyone is still able to generate an override password that would be great!

I hope somebody can still help me with my problem, I have acquired an old Alienware m14x R2 that has an Admin password on the bios which I cant access the bios settings because its disabled by the old owner. Please help me if somebody can give me the password

Try to type wrong password 3 times and post your service tag with the system disable as post #29

Thank you for the reply, I tried more than three times but it didn't show any system disabled code.

when I go to Security tab - Locked setup - it says “Unlock Setup? I tried a lot of wrong password and it shows Unlock Setup fail [ Press any key ]

Type 3 wrong password in "Unlock Setup".
