I tried it and still no Video. What else can I troubleshoot?

UPDATE: When I try to power on Without RAM Caps Lock LED Blinks.
But even with an external display / checking with other LCD panels doesn't work.

Also, HDD doesn't seem to be trying to boot up.

Your mb is not posting so no display. You need to check signals. Voltage on all coils present?? Dram_rst present?? PLT_RST present??

I'll check voltage on coils. But have no schematic. Where could I find DRAM_RST and PLT_RST.

Also, is it good to check RMSRST# to be 3.3? Or Because it powers on, this is irrelevant?

DRAMRST on pin30 of ram slot. PLTRST on wifi connector pin22
