ACER E5-571-30AB LA-B161P BIOS RECOVERY stop

Hi,
i have an acer e5-571 laptop which doesn't work.
When i power on, blue led is switch on and nothing else.
So i unassemblied the laptop to remove wifi card, hdd, memory, etc ... but still not start

So i tried a bios recovery with the next steps :
* unplug battery, ac power
* download last bios from acer website (v1.32)
* burn only bdw.fd file to an bootable usb key, rename the file to Z5WAHx64.fd
* plug the usb key to the laptop
* hold FN+ESC keys
* plug AC power
* power on
* let go of FN+ESC key

fan ran high speed
USB Key light blinked so i think acer tried to read the fd file
and few seconds later (maybe 5-6 seconds), the laptop power off and nothing else

i tried several times, with several usb port but the recovery don't work.

i tried others bios version, from 1.24 but don't work.
BIOS before don't have a fd file

I read a lot of blogs which indicate that acer bios update often break the bios.

How can i recover the bios program without changing the chip ?

Can you help me to diagnostic what is the problem ?

no need to change chip, just program it. programmer cost 2euros on aliexpress

thanks for your response.

Do you mean i can reprogramm the bios chip without unsoldering it just with a soic8 clip as ch341A ?
i'm not afraid to do this but what is the steps to do ?
Do i need a special software ? shall i use a second laptop to program the chip and what is the file to use to program the chip ?

I didn't find anything for this on the web

it worked fine with a ch341a programmer.

i was able to start again the laptop with bios v1.04 found on this forum, reinstall win10, update bios to v1.32 found on acer drivers site and all work fine.

i've got a new laptop to replace my old asus x71sl.
