TRY to edit from post 13 your backup you may try now

I have not been able to deal with the device for a while due to personal reasons. Unfortunately I could not get an image with this.

The problem with the bios file is that the device sometimes starts, there is no image, or it stays in standby mode, it does not start

I've tried 1-2 different bios, I couldn't get an image on the device, I'd like to try if we have a chance to clear our own bio.

The bios at post#12 by SMDFlea works 100% for LA-E991P motherboard. Hope this will help others.
