Dell Latitude 5580 (LA-E091P)

I have a Dell Latitude 5580 that has the TPM error. I've tried to cleanME and add the option that Flea mentioned in POST 77, but when I boot it only gives me flashing orange LED on the front. I put back the original BIOS and attempted to flashback older BIOS's to it but it will only give me up to 1.31 before flash says BIOS unable to flash due to lock (even though its not). Maybe the TPM has failed, but if anyone can help and fix the original BIOS as maybe I'm screwed things up with my cleanME attempt to why it wont POST.

Thanks LBTT1121. The BIOS you provided me did not even power up or have any LED faults. However your second message might be a good idea. I'll see if I have any dead Dells around to swap out the TPM.

UPDATE: Just replaced the TPM module from dead 5580 and all is good with the original BIOS image I posted here. Thanks again LBTT1121 for the suggestion to just replace the TPM IC.
