The configuration of your laptop is with AMT disabled.

The bios you tried has AMT enabled, look at some of the settings with FIT

Compare with the bios at post #3

The bios at post #3 should be ok,if you clean the ME firmware,as its initialised.

Hello . I have a problem with my Dell latitude 5580 laptop, la-e091p REV 2.0 platform. When turned on, it writes the error “tpm could not be initialized” and requires pressing F1. In the BIOS itself, the TPM module version 1.2 is disabled, there is such a function. I upgraded the BIOS version to the latest 1.36. I downgraded the BIOS version to 1.33, but the standard method does not allow downgrading, although downgrade is allowed in the BIOS. I cleared the TPM module in the BIOS. I turned off all the power, nothing helps. Can someone help me with this problem? And in general, could this be a hardware problem? Here is my bios dump.

Does not work. With the LP version the laptop does not turn on at all. With version H it turns on, consumption is no more than 0.25A, sometimes the fan spins, there is no picture.

Thread merged. Your configuration based on the service tag:

                      379-BCPQ : 7th Gen Intel Core i5-7300U Processor (Dual Core, 3MB Cache, 2.6GHz)
340-BJXH : System Shipment, Latitude 5580 (TPM enabled)
                      vPro enabled

It should be using corporate LP firmware. What model is the CPU, has the motherboard been replaced

                              Hello people

                              Dell latitude 5580 la-e091p rev 2.0 [ Service tag : 31LQ1N2 / express service code : 6627300302 ]
power button blink when AC pluged but the laptop won't turn on .

i did find here on the forum a donor bios for the exact model , so i did use that image and with the help of UEFItool i backup the Gbe / ME region from my corrupted bios and put it the donor using hexeditor
the pc turned on fine but it was so slow , so i did re-install windows and all the drivers but still very slow , and there is a lot of drivers missing :

Thank you for your response sir.
i do have spi programmer and i know how to use it.
i did include the original dump under the name OG_dump and the actual bios i'm using under the name current bios.
Sorry, my mistake i didn't clarify that.

                                Thank you

                                      Update :

After fighting with the laptop for almost 1 week , and while doing some reaserch i found that a non genuin AC adapter could trigger something caleld BD PROCHOT , which makes the cpu slow down ( mine was stuck at 600MHz ) . so after getting a orignal AC adapter , the laptop recover and become smother and the cpu frequency become normal .
