Update:
Not working with mazoot L460-Type 20FV content in Uc8m1 and the post #27 outimage(2) content in Uc8m2.
After several power led blinks and restarts, the power led stays on but no picture at all...black screen.
I wait for another solution...if it is any...

the MAC address in your backup at post #31 is C8:5B:76:C8:E1:9F .Was the LAN working ok before the black screen problem.Is it the original bios you posted,has anyone else flashed the bios before you

i have this ME analyzer status:
do I need to reset the ME region?
if so please some help me reset it?!
this is the original backup of my L460 non vPro with 2 x 8MB uc8m1 and uc8m2
i merged both files into one to test the ME.
I already tried other files posted in post#27 and others
the computers turn on but with no post. and with some other BIOSs it restart for every every 30 seconds or more
