hp dm1-3205au need bios

I need bios for this model hp DM1-3205au please. voltages present 3.3v on power button present and pin 7 and 8 of bios chip there is 3.3v but cannot turn on. I try to flash the bios first

done flash the bios but still the same issue pressing power button nothing happens charged light steady. i already short pins to power up but still the same issue.anyone please help on this

Take note of the kbc number and find a another schematic with same kbc. Check voltages on kbc. Follow logic---simple.
