i dont know the reason because once boots up or no hard drive installed it still getting hot

I need help on this hp mini 110 1000 series , i have two boards here with the same issue overheating already change thermal paste but still the same issue turns on boots on windows after 15minutes cpu very hot and shuts off.does anyone encounter this issue for this model -

thanks i flashed the bios but still the same issue turns on lights come fan is not spinning then lights goes off.I check voltages 19v ok 3.3v and 5v present on each coil and also 3.3v present on power button and bios chip.anyone can help me on this pleaseLeave a comment:
