Your bios extracted from hp official update. If it doesnt work not a bios issue -

you need to compare the official bin file and original dump in hex editor and cut out the un-nessary parts to get your bin file. In your case the hp site bin file has ec+main in single bin file and some unnessary bytes.Comment

Just to confirm that dump from mcplslg123 is tested and working,
Worth noting in my case (where adapter sense and +19V were shorted in the adapter lead) that the Super I/O KBC KB3940 was suspected dead as well as F EON 25F16 (definitely dead, couldn't erase) No white LED at charge port laptop dead, 3V3 present at pin 8 of 25L16.

Hello everyone,
I recently bought a non-working Asus Zenbook Pro Duo OLED UX8402ZA that was listed for parts only. The seller mentioned that it had no display output but that the charging lights worked.
When the laptop arrived (without a charger and SSD), I connected a charger and confirmed with a multimeter that it was charging the battery. However, when I tried to power it on, only the backlight of the secondary display came on. There was no image, and it didn’t boot into the BIOS.
I decided to try flashing a new BIOS, but since I didn’t want to desolder... -

I'm looking for a BIOS modder or anyone with experience who would give me suggestions about my razer blade's BIOS settings.
I can view and edit the content of the BIOS .bin file with AMIBCP BIOS editor.
The BIOS files I'm working with are from badcaps.net and those are CLEAN BIOS files (anyone can find it with the search string: RZ09-0421).
