As there wasn't a confirmed working firmware posted i thought i would update the thread with one i have extracted from the official firmware update
It required trimming the file but i have flashed it and can confirm it works on a Toshiba S70-A-11H PSKNEE

The firmware i have extracted is version 1.30, this is deliberate as the firmware on the system can be a mismatch for what is on the EC and do all kinds of weird stuff.

I suggest updating to 1.60 after getting the system booting using Toshiba's update tool to bring the main and EC firmware to the same version.
