BIOS_ToshibaSat C55. MB:HannStar MV-4 94V-0

Hi guys.
I am looking the bios for Laptop 'Toshiba Satellite C55-A-1R8'
MB: HannStar J MV-4 94V-0, E89382
All voltages present, but no boot at all. No internal video, no external video.
Have saved a backup from Bios chip 'Winbond' 25Q64FWSIG.
Used programmer: 'CH341A 24 25 Series'.
If somebody has right bios file for this motherboard please help me. Thank you so much in advance

Just got one with the same issue. Did you get any result by flashing?
All voltages seem ok and i did not detect any short.
