HP 15-AC109NA - dead after BIOS programming

    Hi,

    I have HP 15-AC109NA laptop. Motherboard: LA-C701P rev:1.0

After BIOS programmed laptop works OK but problem with ME Region. So I decided to programm BIOS again with correct ME Region. I used adapter for programming "on board" and I think I connected it wrong way.
+3V from programmer connected to GND (4th leg of BIOS chip). Now the motherboard doesn't turn on. When charger connected white diode next to dc socket lights up. +3.3V is on power button and drop to 0V when button pressed.
What could happen? What can I check? Could you help me fix this motherboard?

Can you still read the BIOS chip? If not you'll have to replace it. If you do, try to reprogram it again. Otherwise the EC or the PCH may be dead, check if they heat up.

Yes, I can still read/write the BIOS chip. I tried to reprogram it but no luck.
EC (KBC) / PCH - they don't heat up.
