The file did not work. I then edited the original file myself following the instructions from SIE-Tech. After programming, the notebook no longer starts and the LED next to the HDD LED flashes white at the front.

if you put the original content you extracted back on the chip and it doesn't work...what do you think happened??

I say that you first copied the chip with errors and posted it here.... The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

Thank you. But soldering is not mine, because I have a tremor. So I will search someone, who can do it for me.

                            Hi!

I have the same issue. My HP 6570B starts without pressing any button, and the Caps Lock and Num Lock LEDs blink 3 times. The fan runs at maximum speed, but nothing appears on the display. I already tried writing different BIOS files, but the issue remains. I also read the BIOS with a chip programmerfrom a working laptop, saved it, and rewrote it, but the problem persists (the good laptop works fine). The RAM and CPU have both been tested and show no issues.

If someone has found the cause and can help me, please let me know.

Does this laptop have the Embedded Controller (EC) in the same BIOS chip? Both my BIOS chips are MXIC MX25L6406E, and the motherboards have the same revision.

                            Has anyone checked the VRAM?

                                    Hi all,

This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.

I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

                                    I...

                                    Dear all,
I have a ASUS ZenBook UX480F with the following symptoms:

I suspect it is a BIOS issue. So I decided to try to clean the ME region. I followed the guide on win-raid, and I believe I have done everything correctly. My problem is: when I open the outimage.bin in ME Analyzer, it says that it is Extracted, and not Region, Extracted as it should be. Is it normal, or did I do something not correctly? This is my first experience editing BIOS files.

I would appreciate if someone could take time to explain the issue, so that I can learn. But I would...

I need a BIOS dump for the Samsung S49CG934SU monitor
                                    by Habble7
The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.

                                    Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

                                    Troubleshooting Attempts:
                                    ...

                                    Hi all,

My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)
