Need help Dell E5470 bios - corrupted?

Not sure whether BIOS region is corrupted on just ME.

Board: LA-C831p rev. 3.0
ST: 9WGCWF2

It turns on and stays on the Dell logo, at the top it says "Diagnostic boot selected" and it doesn't do anything more.

sorry for late reply, this file not work, same problem. If i spam f2 key, i can enter bios and many items are hidden. If i dont, it shows this error.
i try the bios file in #81, late display but also have many items hidden. May be need to unlock or fix something by edit bios?

Hello everyone,

I need help with my Dell Latitude E5470. Today, I decided to add an M.2 SSD to my laptop. I already had a working 2.5" SATA HDD with Windows installed. My plan was to use the HD to boot and then format the SSD.

I installed the SSD and tried to boot from it, but it seemed very slow. Then I inserted the HD along with the SSD, thinking the system would boot from the HD and allow me to format the SSD.

Now, the laptop won’t boot at all. The LEDs light up, the HD spins, but there is no video, and it seems like the BIOS is frozen. I read that this model might only support one storage device at a time, and I didn’t change the AHCI settings in the BIOS before installing both.

Has anyone experienced this? Can anyone guide me on how to recover the BIOS or safely use both drives?

post merged..next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread..

post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..
