Dell E5470 bios damage !

I have a Dell e5470 laptop (LA-C631pc Rev 1.0 A00), it turns on and stays on the Dell logo, at the top it says (Diagnostic boot selected...) and it doesn't do any more, someone help me to repair it? I already downloaded more than 10 bin bios on the page and none of them work for me, they all stay on a black screen
