Need help Dell E5470 bios - corrupted?

Not sure whether BIOS region is corrupted on just ME.

Board: LA-C831p rev. 3.0
ST: 9WGCWF2

It turns on and stays on the Dell logo, at the top it says "Diagnostic boot selected" and it doesn't do anything more.

sorry for late reply, this file not work, same problem. If i spam f2 key, i can enter bios and many items are hidden. If i dont, it shows this error.
i try the bios file in #81, late display but also have many items hidden. May be need to unlock or fix something by edit bios?
