Toshiba Tecra M11-14K Bios with password

Hey guys,

I got asked to format this Toshiba Tecra M11-14K.
My problem is that it has password on the bios so I can not change it's boot order.

So, does anyone know how to bypass the bios password?
Removing the cmos battery did not work as expected and I can not find the schematics for this board to try the D500 trick (if that even works at all)...

Toshiba made the great thing of not labeling any component at all on the board so yeah, I expect it to be a real PITA to find a way to bypass it.. haha

Anyway, pictures of the board attached, hope any one can help me out.
If not, oh well.. just another day at the office.

well for tecra no bios can be found and extracted from web support so it must come from another machine with no pass

Sorry for the lack of input here.

@ridamouh159 - thanks but I do not have a way to flash it.

I spoke with the client whom spoke to the guy who gave him the laptop and he found the password and I could set free it's bios.
