post the full name and model of the laptop, serial S / N number and bios backup.

It's a 13" Early 2015 MacBook Air (A1466 - EMC 2925), board ID 820-00165-A. SSN: C1MSNXSVH3QD. Bios was corrupt when machine arrived, so.. If you look, dump size is only 4mb.

I've already tried cleaning ME with EFI Patcher (swift tool by sadponyguerrilla), but it doesn't work.

Important: The IC's brand is Winbond. I know they have "difficulties", so, I can try with a MXIC...

So your problem is the password, not the ME region. Why not raise the issue in the first place?
