maybe someone need this universal bios for HP Elitebook 840 G3 6050A2892401-MB-A01
for unlocking without any eror. this bios works without your DMI. no need rebuild, this fixes no display. etc
if you flash both. its already clean me fast boot.

Elitebook 840 G3 6070B0883401 "Authentication Failed"

Hi, i got a locked Elitebook 840 G3, unsoldered the IC (winbond 25q128fvpq) flashed it with CH341A and unlocked it with RCunlocker. I successfully soldered it back in, but now i got a "Authentication Failed" error when trying to enter Bios.
The Board Number is: 6070B0883401 REV: 1.01 A01
The Laptop SN# is 5CG7242DC8
Here is the orginal Bios dump as well as the unlocked one:

Problem solved. The IC was write protected. Unprotecting it with Beoprogrammer helped.

You MUST post the serial number.Havn`t you tried RCUnlocker ?

I have an EliteBook 840 G3 that boots with "Machine is not in committed state!", it looks the system info is correct (serial number, UUID).

How do I put the machine into committed state?

Hello, i have this HP probook 840 g3 i used unlocker to unlock the bios password, i programmed the unlocked file but the screen dims and fan spins, no display.

Serial number:5CG7131NXC

I uploaded the locked bin file and the unlocked bin file.. THANKS
