Thanks but not working : when plugged, the green led on power button blink four times then the laptop "starts" -green led always lightening and the fan is on- but nothing on the sreen, staying always black after a long time.
Any other idea ?

I have an X240 and an X250 here. The numbers on the motherboard seem to match (VIUX1 NM-A091 Rev:1.0 2013-04-17) and both boards don't work anymore. The X250 just turns on for a second and then shuts down and the X240 I was told didn't come up after a bios update. I dumped the BIOS-Chip from both. Can someone help me to fix them or tell me what to do so I can do it myself?

I have a Supervisor Password (Bios Password), in a Lenovo X240. I want to activate virtualization options so i can Run Virtualbox, but it hasks me for a password to acess the bios as a admin, because i can still acess it, but all the option changes are unavailable.
I would like to ask some help from you in this, please.

Hi there,

I tried everything with my dump, I can't figure it to work.

Since a crash in bios settings after activate tpm 2.0, this bios seems to be broken. I got F1, F4, FN et power button blinking.

I tried to flash some dumps from here and other forums. Sometime I got a BIOS (hourray!), with CRC error., thenI can't enter in BIOS Settings because of password required (???). My old password doesn't work.

What's wrong with my original bios dump ? Please help me !
