Replace bios chip on HP CQ71 Mobo

I have here a CQ71 mobo with no power, I read some threads about this problem, most of the time is bios related.
Now, the mobo bios chip is a cFeon F80-75HCP, but my bios programmer (CH341A) doesn't work with this chip.
Can I replace this chip with a winbond SPI 25 ?

    Thanks

You can replace the bios chip with other chip with the same size and it will work, and for your programmer you have to buy adapter that fit your chip and you good to go.

Size is the same as the winbond, it's with the programmer that I have the problem.
The CH341A software only accepts 25XX and 24XX chips, I don't see any cFeon F80-75HCP on the list.

                  I know, thanks !
Box is now starting (after flashing bios chip), fan is running and leds are ON, before there was NOTHING.
But I think that I'm stuck now, cause I don't have the keyboard neither the internal screen.
I know that is mobo don't give bios access to external display.
I see the Cap's Lock led blinking (led is on mobo, not on kb) plus 2 others leds flashing at same time.

OK, I have succeed to tattoo the cq71 mobo (I think), but now either LAN or WLAN can't connect, even with a fresh install !
Is this related with a bad tattoo ?
                          Thank you

                            dono what tattoo is...

anyways it can be bios, it can be cold joint on chipset (reflow or reball to be sure), and also you need HP Launch Button app to turn wifi on or off... also, there is button near power button for that if i recall correctly

By tattoo I mean enter the values like SN, PCID, etc that get erased once you flash the bios.
I notice that the LAN as not a Mac address, only 00:00 zeros ...

EDIT: SOLVED, wrote to eeprom a mac address from a old pci card
