Thanks for reply.I check all voltage.its ok: 5v and 3v.ec voltage also ok: vcc and vstby equal 3v.on power button i check 3v.but no power and no charge with batt.i think i must reflash bios(spi)with programmer.thats why i need dump.can i flash it with manufactur update.any idea please.

Make a dump of your actual bios, download new bios from manufacter, compare size, if it's same size, flash !
If needed rename bios to .bin

there is no bios files from manufacturer. It give how to create under xp boot disk for flashin bios. My pc is already out of service.
