Fujitsu Lifebook AH531 bios dump

Hello,
I need bios dump for Fujitsu AH531. Laptop is dead after a failed bios update. I want to program the chip with bios programmer and I need the 512KB bios dump.

The KBC bios didn't solve the issue. Now I need the 4MB bios dump. I have this downloaded from the official web site but it is 69632 bytes longer than size the chip holds on.
With broken bios laptop powers on and stays on but no display out. With official bios laptop stays on for only one second. I need the 4MB bios dump or a modified official one.
