DELL G15 5530 LA-M531P - Power on and off looping.

Hello, friends!
I have here a Dell G15 5530. It´s a dell G15 5530 and board is a IDQ50 LA-M531P rev. 1.0. It´s a Intel Core i5 13ª Generation and RTX video graphics. Laptop power on and off in looping, showing a current of 2A on bench power supply. We have all the voltages on the board, including points in memory slots. I think ME Region is corrupted, but I do note have Intel CSME Software Tools V17 to clean it. Could someone please repair this BIOS for me?
All specifications: ST:8RLL0Z3 / EX: 19083098415 / Reg Model 121F / DP/N:6K3HW A00.
Original dump PCH bios is attached.

According to the Service Tag your model is Dell G3 15 3500 and it only has Me 14.

Service Tag is 8RLL0Z3 and is really a G15 5530.

I tried both files you sent but none of them worked. I´m gonna give this laptop back to costumer because I´ve been working on many days.
Anyway I appreciate your effort on helping me.

, had a short circuit in the Nuvoton chip, model NPCX996DA0BX. I replaced it, but it still won't turn on.
The voltages are present, and when I press the power button, only the amber LED lights up. I'm wondering if I need to flash a clean BIOS to reprogram it?
I'll post my backup here.

maybe clean the bios the nuvoton it reprogram itself

I'm sorry to bother you again. I've tried both BIOS files, but it's still the same; only the amber LED is lit. Is there any way to program that Nuvoton directly? Or could you tell me how to extract the BIOS file? Sorry for bothering you.

That's weird, where did you get it? NPCX996DA0BX isn't anywhere on Earth
