Bios for Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Yoga Gen 4

Read from a working device.
I unsoldered two large chips for reading.
I read the third one without removing it from the board.
I read each chip 3 times and the dumps matched (I didn't write the firmware to the chips again for checking).

hallo , i need bios file for lenovo x13 gen 4 21f3
i readed the flash and restored again, now the laptop not woking, so i need original bios file with ME version to clean the me region , i got one here , but if i flash it, i got power led and charging led on one time them nothing,
i think i need to clean me region , the version is 16.1.25.2049 , but is there no RGN on internet
the best way is to get back up bios from the same laptop then clean me region

Thread merged.. Type the laptop serial number, full name and model, motherboard model, etc.
post the contents of the bios chip even if it is corrupted..

the laptop was working before , it just has bios password , i wanted to delete the pass , but it look like i dont read the bios correct

i flashed with the first one , i got lenovo logo , then search ME firmware then he can not recover ME
laptop restart and do it again

Hello!
If I understood correctly, there is an update for the ME region on the manufacturer's portal.
In the "Motherboard Devices" section, there is a file "Intel Management Engine Firmware for Windows 11", version 16.1.35.2557.
After unpacking, there are two files with the .cap extension.
Maybe someone can tell us how to extract the region from such a file?)

ps The unpacked region with this version is on the winraid.level1techs.com portal

I can't say for 100%, but it seems that in this laptop the password is stored inside the MEC1723N and at the moment the only option to reset the password is to replace this chip.
