                          Hello everyone,

                          I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.

                          This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

                          I have opened the laptop and identified the main BIOS chip...

                          I'm encountering an issue with my Lenovo X1 Yoga 5th Gen laptop related to the BIOS supervisor password. I'm seeking assistance and guidance from the knowledgeable members of this community in resolving this problem.

                          I am no expert and cannot perform soldering or unsoldering of the chip from the board.                           Good day. I apologize if I posted this in the wrong topic. I saw somebody selling a Thinkpad E495 with a Ryzen 3500U CPU near me. In the pictures the laptop is running windows 10. I contacted the seller and asked a few questions about upgradability and if it has a bios password on it. He confirmed it has a bios password.                           Hi Guys,
                          I thought I write you a tutorial on how to remove your bios password from your lenovo x390 yoga.
                          Steps:
                          1. Get an EC programmer and read the EC firmware.
                          2. Back up your working EC file !!! (on this modell EC stores all hardware infos and you cannot replace it with others)
                          3. In your EC firmware file find all of these ranges with a hex editor and replace them with 00:
                          !!!!!! IMPORTANT THAT YOU ONLY MODIFIED THE SPECIFIED RANGES AND NO MORE.
                          (I have used HxD Hex editor FREE for this since I found that it is easy to replace ranges)

                          Hi dear Badcaps-Community,

                          Somehow an auto update, which I triggered before I left my laptop unattended, bricked my BIOS.
                          I was able to extract the 2MB BIOS and 16MB BIOS which I will attend. (CH341B black with NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.10)

                          The Device is a Lenovo Yoga L13 Gen3 and I was able to identify the following specifications:
