The file you posted is not from the bios chip , it is the Nvidia vBios firmware. The chip is 1MB. Besides that the file was 1KB too long at 1,025KB ,a 1MB file should be 1,024KB .The extra 1KB was added because you chose an OTP chip in the programmer. If you tried to flash the posted 16,384KB (16MB) bios to that 1MB chip, it would have given an error message, or it would have written 1MB to it 16 times. What model is your programmer and the software version ?

Find the real bios chip, make a backup ,don`t flash anything else to it, just post your backup here and we`ll see if it`s a good backup or not.
