Acer One 10 S1002 N15P2 need help

Hi guys

During I update bios with v1.10 in windows 10, then the windows reboot itself before bios update process done and now my laptop respond only in black screen, cpu work as I can feel hot on body back cover

I try to open the exe file which I download from ACER website, use 7Z / Winrar to collect rom file. but seem like it not allow me to do it


Can you guys help me a right Bios rom file to flash with CH134a.

The attach file below is my backup brake bios and update bios file that I download from ACER website.

Your serial number is not searchable on Acer so I don't know if you downloaded the correct bios file or not.

It does not contain any virus https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/...38d4?nocache=1 .What AV has flagged it as a virus ?
