HP Pavilion 15-CS Series No image Power LED Blinking

Hi all !! I have a HP 15-cs2013ns S/N 5CD92587CN BOARD : DAG7EDMBAB0 REV:B

Sympon is computer turns on but no image (screen stays black ) also power dc jack led keep blinking and power button led keep blinking ....no fan spin please can you check BIOS for me i suspect BIOS FALIURE

Copy the DMI (serial,feature Byte,win key) from your backup to the virgin bios using a hex editor.Select the same offsets (select block in HxD) in both bios,copy from the old,paste to the new.

Offsets: 420000 - 424FFF
