    Dell latitude 15-3573

    Mxic 25u1001e programming 128kb ec bios, then verification error shows offset 0000000 verification failed, trying with ch341 programmer with 1.8v. Trying many times but failed to proper programming.what is the reason, please help

    Wish to know
    Was the Mxic 25u1001e you programmed a new chip ?
    If not, did programmer auto-detect it or you wrote it's ID manually ? and did you backup bios file without error (i.e read old content)?

      Yes, programmer auto detect it. And I backup bios file without error, but problem in rewriting it. This motherboard's original chip

        I would try another bios chip 128kb 1.8v and see if programming succeeded. I happen to see bios chips read successively but failing to be reprogrammed.

              yes, i solved the issue. actually that original bios chip was faulty.
