try this its a fresh bin rebuild from website and clean me region again without your serial information

There seems to be an issue with the I/O chip. I replaced it with a new one, so the software is gone.

if the I/O chip is new, start the laptop like this, without software on the I/O chip... on Asus it should start, let it do its job for about two or three minutes...... if it doesn't start, post the main chip bios.. the motherboard chip bios..
